About Soniqara
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Soniqara("Soniqara", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the Soniqara app and website at soniqara.com.
Soniqara provides audio, frequency, nature ambience, rhythm, and visual tools designed for ambience, focus, relaxation, and creative exploration.
Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Soniqara, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Not medical
Soniqara is not a medical device.
Soniqara does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healing claims.
Soniqara has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any medical authority.
Safe use
Do not use Soniqara if you have epilepsy, seizures, heart conditions, a pacemaker, an implanted medical device, hearing difficulties, sound sensitivity, or if you are pregnant, unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional.
Use comfortable volume levels, especially with headphones.
Stop using the app if you feel discomfort, dizziness, ear pressure, or any unusual sensation.
Responsible use and misuse
You agree to use Soniqara responsibly and lawfully. You must not:
— use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
— infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person;
— attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or damage the service;
— distribute malware or interfere with the security of the service;
— share your account credentials or allow unauthorised access to your account.
Intellectual property
Soniqara and all related software, audio engines, presets, branding, designs, text, graphics, and documentation are owned by Soniqara and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your personal use in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan. No other rights are granted.
Service level
Soniqara is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from delays, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, trials, subscriptions, and lifetime access are sold and managed through our Merchant of Record (see below). Prices, features, and availability may change over time. Lifetime Founder access includes lifetime access to Soniqara's core app features and future core feature updates.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Soniqara, in whole or in part, at any time if:
— you materially breach these Terms;
— payment for your subscription fails or is reversed;
— your account presents a security, fraud, or abuse risk;
— you repeatedly or seriously violate our policies;
— we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using the service at any time. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals through the billing portal provided by Paddle. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Exports and personal use
Soniqara may allow users to export audio or visual files from their own rituals. Unless stated otherwise, exported files are for personal, private use only. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or use in paid media requires separate permission or a commercial licence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Soniqara means you accept the updated Terms.
