How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team via the contact page and we will help you through the process.
Free trials
If you are on a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal provided by Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals. If you cancel within 14 days of a renewal or initial purchase, you can also request a refund of that payment under the money-back guarantee above.
Lifetime Founder
Lifetime Founder is a one-time digital purchase. It is covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee: if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, you can request a full refund through Paddle.
Billing issues
If you believe there has been a billing mistake, an incorrect charge, or a duplicate payment, please contact us or Paddle directly. Billing issues are reviewed fairly and corrected where appropriate, in line with Paddle's role as Merchant of Record.
