Binaural Beats

Binaural beats use slightly different tones in each ear to create a perceived pulse or rhythm. In Soniqara, you can explore this as a live-generated ambient layer for focus, calm, sleep, and creative flow.

Open Studio, set two frequency layers to slightly different values, pan one fully left and one fully right, and put your headphones on. Adjust volume to a comfortable level and let the tones blend into a gentle rhythmic pulse.

How it works

When your left ear hears one frequency and your right ear hears another close to it, your brain may perceive the difference as a soft, rhythmic pulse. For example, if one ear receives 200 Hz and the other 210 Hz, the perceived beat is around 10 Hz.

Honest framing

Soniqara does not promise specific brainwave or health outcomes from binaural beats. Use them as a focused listening experience and stop if anything feels uncomfortable. They are designed for ambience and personal exploration, not medical treatment.
